I come in almost weekly for lens hire & the service I receive from everyone & specifically Jenny always makes it a pleasurable experience.My schedule is often all over the place and Jenny always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs.I feel that the bar has been set so high that if I ever need to rent a lens in another city or from another store for whatever reason I know that nobody will ever be able to reach the high level of service I consistently get from Team Digital.If it were up to me I would give Jenny a pay rise and a paid day off every month ;)Thank you so much team digital + Jenny. Sometimes I feel if it wasn’t for your team always saving my a** I wouldn’t be able to do my job

I've been dealing with Team Digital since the early 90's when they were called 'Perth Pro Sales' and in that time I've never been let down. Always professional with only the best gear and the best advise. When dealing with the staff you're not just dealing with hired help. You're dealing with the owners who have been in the digital business since the digital revolution began. Their knowledge on all things digital is astounding and the all important after sales care is second to none. If you're not that tech savvy, like me this is incredibly important because when something goes wrong you become their priority and they don't stop until they've got you up and running again. You don't get that type of service when you buy on line! Highly recommend.

I bought two sets of Elinchrom studio lights recently and Trevor gave amazing service. Everything was as it should be and he even spent time helping me with a pocket wizard problem I was having. Their after service care is second to none. I can't recommend The Team highly enough. Thank you!

Trevor was exceptional with helped me choose, configure and set up my Drobo raid drive about a year ago..I've just called back after 6 months with a problem and he was so helpful and helped me resolve the issue efficiently and with a great can do attitude.This is supreme customer service and worthy of my first google review.Great work Trevor and the rest of the team at Team Digital.If you're a amateur or professional creative, these guys will give you great capability.
