A poor excuse for 'news'. Opinion pieces regularly published on front pages in the guise of news, and opinions skew heavily in favour of maintaining establishment status quo at the same time as villifying anyone who might care to question said status quo. This paper is a blight on the community.

May shut down your agenda pushing outlet. Tons of research out there proves you are wrong along with this entire narrative. How about you message me back and I will show you exactly how grossly incompetent and dishonest you guys are at doing your job. Hand in your honesty card, you guys are evil .

At a time when grass roots community engagement and journalism are in the limelight and have the possibility to shine, this newspaper" prefers to follow the narrative

Apalling little rag. The recent front page highlighting the lack of education and ethics of those writing for it.

This paper has taken the profession of journalism to an all time low. Where once journalist reported facts and held truth to power, at Manjimup Bridgetown Times they now put opinion pieces on the front page, create tall-tale narratives loosely tied to reality, and prefer inflammatory name-calling to reporting of base facts. When I contacted the paper to initiate a discussion about its responsibility to the public to provide fair and accurate reporting, they fobbed me off, refusing to put me through to an editor and failing to reply to any of my emails. Shame on you Manjimup Bridgetown Times for serving the corporate interests of your owner at the expense of fulfilling your 4th estate mandate and, essentially, reporting news.

Abhorrent research and news. Lack of credible sources and reductionist headlines that are both discriminatory and lacking evidence

Not reporting news, they are an opinion based rag that like so many other media outlets have become. Don't waste your time.

Absolute propaganda. Read an article by Jackson Barrett, sprawled across the front page on 30th March where he doesn’t even have the decency to respect the family & friends of suicide victims due to vaccine mandates he blatantly calls it absolute rubbish. How disgusting. No empathy, no humanitarianism.

Surely we do not have to have an article on Marlion Pickett every week!! Get out there and report something local!!

I would like to say that after coming across the Manjimup times a week ago, the reading was less than interesting. This paper cannot be trusted, does not write about the facts yet just reiterates lies from above.Very unimpressed and if there were 0 stars I would give them this rating.
